Phillip Johnson is a Sydney based photographer who specialises in high dynamic range photography (HDR), with work featured in publications, tourism campaigns, wall mural, calendars and wall art. He is the winner of Art Unlimited Photography Prize 2012 First Prize.
Perhaps the best-known harbour in the world, Sydney Harbour is wonderful to view from above and below, with many vantage points offering views like this. This image was taken from North Sydney overlooking Lavender Bay a small bay on the northern shore of Sydney Harbour featuring the cityscape, the harbour is magnificent at all times this shot captured early morning the waters still awaiting another great Sydney day
