SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Petit Enfant uses either Australia Post e-Parcel or Fastway Couriers for our deliveries, depending on your delivery location and the size of your parcel.  All orders will require a signature on delivery.

Standard Delivery: Petit Enfant offers flat rate shipping fees starting at $9.95 per order to most locations across Australia - (excludes remote and regional areas). 

Express Delivery: Express post is also available at a flat rate of $16.95  Australia wide for parcels under 5kg only. If your order exceeds the 5kg maximum,  we will contact you regarding extra postage charges. If your parcel exceeds the 5kg limit, and you have chosen the express post option, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know.

Click & Collect: Orders placed online can be collected from our warehouse in Asquith, NSW or our pharmacy in Terrey Hills, NSW. Simply choose the 'Click & Collect' option as you proceed through the checkout, when placing your order. 

PRIVACY & SECURITY

Petit Enfant is committed to providing its customers a secure online shopping experience.

Our website is secured by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology, meaning that all data collected is encrypted to ensure your details are completely secure.

Petit Enfant does not store any of your credit card details. When you enter your credit card details, they are transmitted securely through the St George Internet Payment Gateway, and are then automatically deleted.

Please contact us if you have any questions regarding the security of your details.

ORDERING

Petit Enfant accepts online, phone and email orders.

Online Orders

1. Browse the site for items you are looking for and click on the "Add to Cart" button to add items to your shopping cart. Please note that if the "Add to Cart" button is grey, this means the product is out of stock and cannot be ordered at this time.

2. When you are finished browsing and are ready to finalise your order, click on the red "Checkout" button on the top right hand of your screen then follow the instructions to complete your order. 

3. You will need to supply the following details to complete your order: 

  • (i) Your name, email address, billing address and telephone number. A valid email address is required to receive order confirmations and despatch details.
  • (ii) Delivery address you would like your order delivered to.
  • (iii) Payment details: You may select from either credit card, Paypal, direct deposit or money order.

4. Once your order has been completed you will be sent an order confirmation email, with your order number and order summary. 

5. When your order has been despatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number, so that you can track the delivery of your parcel.

Phone Orders

1. You may place your order over the phone by contacting our Customer Service Team on (02) 9446 5878.

2. Please have the SKU code for each of the products you would like to order before calling. 

3. Once your order has been processed, you will be sent an order confirmation email, with your order number and order summary. When ordering over the phone, we strongly suggest that you carefully check over your order confirmation, once you receive it, to ensure that no errors have occurred in product selection, or delivery details. 

4. When your order has been despatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number, so that you can track the delivery of your parcel.

Email Orders

1. You may place your order via email,  by contacting our Customer Service Team at bonjour@petitenfant.com.au

2. Please provide the following details in your email.

    (i) Your name, email address, billing address and telephone number. A valid email address is required to receive order confirmations and despatch details.
    (ii) The name and quantity of each product, as well as the SKU code, for each of the products you would like to order.

3. Once your order has been processed, you will be sent an order confirmation email, with your order number and order summary. When ordering over the phone, we strongly suggest that you carefully check over your order confirmation, once you receive it, to ensure that no errors have occurred in product selection, or delivery details. 

4. When your order has been despatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number, so that you can track the delivery of your parcel. 

Please note: You must be at least 18 years old to place orders with Petit Enfant By placing an order with Petit Enfant you acknowledge that you are over the age of eighteen (18) years. Petit Enfant reserves the right to seek compensation for any losses incurred, due to sale of products to a minor,  from the parents or guardians of the minor who caused any order(s) to be placed with Petit Enfant.

Making Changes to Your Order

Due to the large volume of orders being processed by our warehouse team we are unable to amend or cancel orders once an order is placed.

PRICING

All prices displayed on Petit Enfant include GST and are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Petit Enfant is committed to bringing you the best toys at the lowest prices everyday.  Slash through pricing is indicative of standard retail pricing of our competitors.  The 'Our Price' that is displayed represents our everyday low prices. Should you have any questions regarding the price of a product please contact our friendly customer service team.

Petit Enfant reserves the right to change the price of any products displayed on this website at any time.  If a pricing error occurs, Petit Enfant reserves the right to withdraw the item from sale.

The price of products shown excludes shipping costs. Shipping cost is a separate charge which is $9.95 for standard postage and $16.95 for Express Post.

 

PAYMENT

We accept payment via credit card and PayPal.

Please note that under no circumstances will goods be despatched before payment has cleared.

UPDATING ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You may update your details at any time by logging in to  My Account and clicking on "Account Information". Please note that any changes you make will only affect your future orders. If you have already placed your order, then wish to change the details for that order, please contact us immediately by either phone on (02) 9446 5878, or email at bonjour@petitenfant.com.au.
