Petit Enfant is an Australian based company and offers delivery to most of Australia (Excluding remote areas). We now offer shipping to New Zealand.

Petit Enfant. uses both Australia Post e-Parcel, Aramex Couriers and Couriers Please for our deliveries, depending on your delivery location and the size of your parcel.

 

  • Standard Delivery (Metro): Petit Enfant offers a flat rate shipping from $9.95 per order.  The cost of shipping will depend on your location as well as the weight of your parcel.  The shipping rate applicable to you will be displayed in the checkout. Please note that some areas have a weight cap for our flat rate delivery, and there may be additional charges for parcels in excess of this weight limit.  You will be contacted if this applies to you.
  • Express Delivery (Metro): Express post is  available from $16.95. The cost of shipping will depend on your location as well as the weight of your parcel.  The shipping rate applicable to you will be displayed in the checkout. Please note that some areas have a weight cap for our flat rate delivery, and there may be additional charges for parcels in excess of this weight limit.  You will be contacted if this applies to you. 
  • New Zealand DeliveryShipping to New Zealand is charged at a rate of $50 per parcel up to 5kg per parcel. If your parcel exceeds 5kg the shipping fee will NOT automatically update in the checkout. If your parcel exceeds the 5Kg limit we will contact you to make payment of any necessary additional postage charges. 
  • Bulk Orders: Freight at Cost will be charged on all Bulk and/or excessively heavy orders. A customer service representative will contact you in the event your order incurs additional shipping charges.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE EXPRESS POST SERVICE IS NOT GUARANTEED OVERNIGHT DELIVERY. PETIT ENFANT WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DELAYS IN POSTAGE AND EXPRESS POSTAGE COSTS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED FOR ANY DELAYS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL.

If you no longer require your order due to late arrival or any other reason other than an item being faulty, you will be required to cover return postage costs of the item and no refund will be given for any shipping costs.

  • Express Delivery Cut off time is 10am, for same day dispatch. (excluding November and December- Please allow 1-2 business days) If your order is placed after 10am, please phone us and we will do our best to accomodate your order.  If for any reason we are unable to despatch your order, we will contact you immediately.  Please note that  we cannot guarantee same day dispatch in November and December, however Express orders will be given priority.
  • All orders require a signature on receipt of your parcel, unless the buyer has given written authority to leave the parcel in a secure location. If written authority to leave is given, Petit Enfant will not be held responsible if the parcel is lost, stolen or damaged.
  • To avoid delays in delivery, please provide a shipping address where someone will be available to sign for the parcel.  If your order was shipped with Australia Post and no one is available to sign for the parcel, it will be taken to your nearest Australia Post Office. You will receive a collection card in your mail box informing you of how and where to collect your parcel. If your order was shipped with Aramex and no one is available to sign for the parcel, you will receive a calling card in your mail box with your courier's contact number, for you to call and arrange a time for redelivery of your parcel.
  • Please note that Petit Enfant is not liable for any delays in delivery once the parcel is with the postal service. If a parcel arrives to you late due to any unforeseen delays with the postal service, Petit Enfant will not be liable to cover any costs associated with this.

POSTAL INSURANCE

Postal Insurance is now available to purchase under shipping options in the checkout. If you wish to have your parcel insured please select either the Flat Rate plus insurance or the Express Post plus insurance option in the checkout.

PLEASE NOTE if you select flat rate or express post WITHOUT the plus insurance option Petit Enfant will be unable to provide any compensation in the event that your parcel is lost, stolen or damaged in transit.  If the plus insurance options is selected and your parcel is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, Petit Enfant will assist you with making a claim with the courier. Please note that your parcel is insured by the courier and not by Petit Enfant and all decisions relating to an insurance claim are decided by the courier. If for any reason your claim is denied by the courier Petit Enfant is NOT liable to make compensation for any loss or damage incurred.

Please note that these delivery times are from day of dispatch and are approximate and provided only as a guide. While make every effort to despatch all orders as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee that your parcel will definitely arrive within this time frame. Please allow extra time for despatch and delivery during peak seasons such as Christmas.

If you live in a remote location, express delivery may not be available, or may take longer than the time frame shown in the above table

Order Tracking.

  • All orders have a tracking number, which  will be emailed to you shortly after your parcel has been despatched. This tracking number may be used to track the delivery status of your parcel. 
  • If your order was shipped with Australia post, please visit www.austpost.com.au to track your parcel. 
  • If your order was shipped with Aramex, please visit www.aramex.com.au to track your parcel. 
  • Please note: It is the responsibility of the buyer to track their parcel. Any undeliverable parcel will be subject to the terms and conditions under our Wrong Address & Undeliverable Address policy.
Wrong Address & Undeliverable Address
 
  • If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided for your order and the parcel is returned to us, the buyer is responsible for the return & reshipping fees. If your parcel is returned as undeliverable, a $12.95 return fee will apply, and as well as a reshipping fee. The buyer alternatively may choose to get a refund, in which case we will refund the purchase price LESS shipping fees charged to us by the courier company. For example if you paid $9.95 for shipping however we have been charged $12.95 by the courier company, Petit Enfant will deduct $12.95 from the purchase price.
  • If the buyer notifies us of an incorrect delivery address, Petit Enfant will make every effort to amend the address if the parcel has not already been despatched. If your order has left our warehouse we will make every effort to redirect your parcel however no guarantee is given that we will be able to do so. In the case where the parcel is returned to us the point (i) above will apply in regards to reshipping or receiving a refund.
  • If the buyer has provided a wrong address and the order is not returned to us and we are unable to locate your parcel, then Petit Enfant is not responsible for anything.
  • In the case where the courier company has attempted delivery and a calling card left, it is the responsibility of the buyer to contact the courier company and arrange for redelivery at an appropriate time. Failure to do so may result in the parcel being returned to us. In the case where the parcel is returned to us point (i) above will apply.
Lost & Damaged Parcels
 
  • Petit Enfant. will not be held responsible or liable for any parcels that are lost in the post, or that are damaged in the post.  Postage insurance is available for purchase on our website for a small fee.  This option is available in the checkout.  It is the responsibility of the purchaser to add postage insurance to their cart, if they wish to ensure their parcel against damage or loss.
 

Click & Collect.

  • You may choose to save on postage and collect your order from our collection point. Simply choose the 'Click & Collect' option as you proceed through the checkout, when placing your order.
  • Click & Collect: Orders placed online can be collected from:

    1. Petit Enfant Warehouse- Unit 2, 53 Sailsbury Road, Asquith, NSW, 2077. Simply choose the 'Click & Collect' option as you proceed through the checkout. There is no service charge for 'Click & Collect' orders.  The opening hours for collection are: Monday- Thursday 9:00am-4.30pm, and Fridays 9am - 2:30pm.

    Saturday, Sundays & Public Holidays- Closed.  ***

    2. Caremore Prohealth Pharmacy- Shop 2, 2 Booralie Rd, Terrey Hills, NSW, 2084: . Simply choose the 'Click & Collect' option as you proceed through the checkout, when placing your order. There is no charge for 'Click & Collect' orders from Prohealth Pharmacy.  The opening hours for collection are: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 6:30pm,  Saturday 8:30am-4.00pm . Closed on Sundays and public holidays.

 

  • Orders will generally be available for collection from the warehouse in 1-3 business days And 3-7 business days from Prohealth Pharmacy. Please contact us if your order is urgent and we will do our best to make sure it is available for your collection as soon as possible.
  • You will be notified by email  when your order is ready for collection.
  • A copy of your order confirmation will be required to collect your order.
